The Tsuru team are giving it their all this New Year’s Eve with a menu packed with excitement, from that opening flurry of snacks (perfect with a drink) to wagyu hot from the grill, and a gorgeous array of sushi and sashimi, plus a full chorus of soup, miso-glazed salmon and matcha-scented dessert.
