Argentinian steakhouse Palermo welcomes chef Bill Marchetti into the kitchen for a very special collaboration. In the 1990s the site that is now Palermo, was home to the Tuscan Grill, which, along with Marchetti’s Latin, was one of the defining restaurants of its era in Melbourne.
Now, after an absence of 20 years, Marchetti is returning to his old stomping ground for one night only and bringing some of his classic Italian dishes with him. Along with Palermo chef Mikey Dalton’s classic Argentinian food, this is a transporting five-course collaboration not to be missed.
