What lies beyond fish and seafood in the deep sea?

Dive headfirst into a plant-powered evening that’s focused on the riches of the sea beyond fish and seafood.

Inspired by Iki-jime’s innovative and sustainable seafood philosophy, the team are looking further afield and assembling a completely animal-free feast using overlooked produce from the ocean. Think seaweed, samphire, saltbush and other plants that have been foraged and hand-dived from the Australian marine landscape. Other dishes will feature vegan cheese by Damona, creators of completely dairy-free cheese made in Victoria. An optional vegan beverage match is also available.

This event is set to change the tides of plant-based fine dining.

For ease of parking, we recommend the RACV Club car park or Wilson Parking. Rates apply for both. Trams along Bourke St/Elizabeth St are recommended (routes 19, 57, 59, 86, 96).
