The banquet kicks off in a blaze of elegance with Vue de Monde chef Hugh Allen, segues into the luxury of European country comfort with Annie Smithers of Du Fermier, and then surrenders completely to the syrup-drenched enchantments of Melbourne’s queen of desserts, Philippa Sibley.

Savour the grandeur of the Royal Exhibition Building like never before as its 19th century-splendour is decked out as the scene for a lavish night of fine dining against the backdrop of White Night Reimagined swirling and frothing all around it.

Enjoy this highlight of the Melbourne seasonal calendar in rare style and comfort, culminating in the spectacle of the White Night showcase right outside the doors at 11pm.

Melbourne Museum Car Park Located under Melbourne Museum, the car park is open 7 days a week from 5.30am to midnight daily. Enter via Rathdowne Street or Nicholson Street. Designated disabled parking is available on level P2 adjacent to the lifts.
