Winter Truffle Dinner

A special evening hosted by a truffle farmer and winemaker

Celebrate Victoria’s truffle season with truffle farmer and winemaker Adrian Utter of Riverhouse Truffles and Utter Wines. The four-course menu created by Fondata chef Chris Lillico stars Adrian’s freshly harvested black truffles matched with a selection of his beautiful wines.

Throughout the evening, Adrian will share truffle-infused stories about life on the farm in Buxton. Our special guest is Lily, Adrian's best friend and truffle dog, who will give a charming and impressive demonstration.
