Adam Liaw

His warm smile, approachable recipes and witty sense of humour have secured his place on the Australian food scene, whether he’s hosting the award-winning SBS series Destination Flavour, writing for Fairfax publications or The Guardian, publishing cookbooks or acting as an Asko Ambassador. His family background spanning several different countries and time spent living in Tokyo have given Liaw a sophisticated and wide-ranging palate that’s the essence of contemporary Australian cuisine.
