The young chef cooks exclusively over wood at the Singapore restaurant opened by Dave Pynt in 2013, taking sought-after produce and treating it with smoke, fire and embers to offer a fresh take on Australian barbecuing. His talents brought him to the attention of the judges of the San Pellegrino Young Chef Awards in 2018, when he placed third worldwide and took home the top prize for South-East Asia. With time at Estelle Bistro, The Ledbury and The Fat Duck under his belt, Kellie is most definitely one to watch.
