Touted as one of the most creative chefs in Asia, Ryan Clift oversees the award-winning kitchen and bar at Tippling Club in Singapore, with both spaces regularly featured on the Asia’s 50 Best list. The drinks list is as much of an attraction as the food at this restored shophouse in the quirky Tanjong Pagar area. It’s a long way from the chef’s rural upbringing in south-west England, where he started his career in the kitchen washing dishes.
