Two-Fold and Tonic

30ml Starward Two-Fold

90ml tonic water

Grapefruit wedge

Add the Two-Fold and tonic water to a highball glass, then fill your glass with as much ice as possible. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.

45ml Starward Nova

10ml Pedro Ximénez sherry

10ml Amaro Montenegro

2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

Fresh cherry, to garnish

Add all ingredients except garnish to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for approximately 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a cherry.

Two-Fold Buck

30ml Starward Two-Fold

10ml lemon juice

90ml ginger beer

Lemon wedge

Add the Two-Fold, lemon juice and ginger beer to a highball glass. Fill your glass with as much ice as possible and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Old Fashioned

60ml Starward Nova

10ml sugar syrup

2 dashes of Angostura bitters 

Lemon peel garnish

Add Nova, sugar syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for approximately 15 seconds then strain into a rocks glass with a large block of ice. Garnish with lemon peel.
