Gamze Smokehouse are a family owned and operated business that makes premium all-natural smallgoods, free from unnecessary food additives. All products are handcrafted in small batches from locally sourced ingredients, free range, gluten free, preservative free and naturally wood smoked.
Chambers Rosewood Winery
First established in 1858, the Chambers family has been making wine in Rutherglen for over six generations and continue to operate from the original site. The winery is best known for its highly prized muscats, tokays and fortified wines, with winemaking headed up by Bill Chambers and son Stephen.
All Saints Estate
All Saints is a stunning heritage listed estate established in 1864 with a proud place in Australian winemaking history. Continuing the winemaking tradition of their father, Peter R Brown, siblings Eliza, Angela and Nicholas Brown own and operate All Saints Estate and St Leonards Vineyard where a variety of handcrafted table wines sit alongside world-renowned fortifieds.
Pizzini Wines is a premium producer of fine Italian style wines established by Alfred and Katrina Pizzini in 1994. Today, the wines are made by Alfred and Katrina’s son, Joel Pizzini, and are distributed in metropolitan Melbourne, New South Wales and Queensland. Located at the Pizzini cellar door, A Tavola! Cooking School offers hands on classes for all tastes, from beginner basics and Italian staples, to pastry and homemade cheeses.
Myrtleford Butter Factory
Housed in the original red brick butter factory dating back to the early 1900's, Myrtleford Butter Factory produces cultured Australian butter and buttermilk products on site, with much of the factory’s equipment having been sourced from dairy farms in the local area.
Brimin Lodge Murray Cod
Brimin Lodge is unique aquaculture venture and a picturesque holiday destination situated in the Rutherglen wine region. Their production of Murray Cod for sale was established in 1992, with fish that are grown in a specially built, environmentally controlled fish barn with water that is destined to be used for irrigating crops and pastures.
Bright Brewery was started by Scott Brandon and his wife Fiona Reddaway and specialises in craft beers made with no additives or preservatives from the pristine mountain waters at Ovens. The size of their micro brewery means they are able to experiment with different flavours, including a range of seasonal beers.
