Mildura Brewery
Opened in 2004, Mildura Brewery is a locally operated business owned by Stefano de Pieri and Donata Carrazza. Located inside the former Astor Theatre in Mildura, the brewery produces six permanent naturally brewed beers, as well as seasonal brews inspired by and named after local produce, landmarks and themes.

Stefano de Pieri
Stefano was born in Italy and came to Australia at the age of 19. He is absolutely passionate about food and wine, head-over-heels in love with the City of Mildura and the surrounding Sunraysia district, and has redefined Victorian regional food with his eponymous restaurant Stefano's, located in the Mildura Grand Hotel.

Mansell Farms Colignan
Located on the fertile banks of the Murray River, Mansell Farms Colignan grow oranges and mandarins of numerous varieties. The farm is family-run and committed to delivering a fresh, healthy product to consumers.

Boundary Bend
Established in 1998, Boundary Bend is Australia's leading producer of premium extra virgin olive oil. The company has approximately 2.2 million olive trees on 6,070 hectares located at Boort and Boundary Bend and owns Australia’s two top selling home grown olive oil brands, Cobram Estate and red island.

Murray River Salt
Lauded by food lovers and top chefs for its quality and flavour, and known for its distinctive pink hue, Murray River Salt has been producing gourmet flakes in the Mildura region since 2000. This natural salt contains no additives or preservatives and is full of trace elements such as magnesium and calcium.

Andrew Peace Wines
Situated on the banks of the Murray River and growing from humble beginnings in 1996, Andrew Peace Wines is now one of Australia’s largest family-owned wineries, crushing over 30,000 tonnes of grapes per year. The label distributes a range of high quality, value for money wines in the domestic and export markets.
