Where: St Albans Park, City of Greater Geelong, Wadawurrung Country

Antonella, what is cold-pressed juice?
Most juice is made using a centrifuge, which creates heat and causes oxidation of the nutrients in the juice. We slowly crush and press our fruit and vegetables to extract the juice, retaining those essential nutrients.

Why drink cold-pressed juice?
Cold-pressed juices help the body remove toxins and waste products accumulated from chemically processed foods, giving the body a much-needed rest while it repairs itself.

What’s in the range?
We offer 12 juices, a bone broth, a vegan broth, and two almond milks. Some of the juices include pure celery; beetroot, carrot, and ginger; mint and baby spinach; carrot, turmeric, and ginger; and mango, passionfruit, and rhubarb.

You’ve won a few awards.
We were awarded Champion Australian Beverage of the Year at the Australian Food Awards for our Lush, the mint and baby spinach juice. We are also proud to support local farmers; our pressed fruit and vegetables are never wasted – they are fed to farm animals. Our packaging is 100 per cent recyclable and reusable glass, and our deliveries are made by a carbon-neutral fleet.

How do we get your cold-pressed juices?
We have some great retailers like Baker Bleu, Blakeaway and Morning Market, we deliver to homes in Geelong and Melbourne, and we also offer wholesale options. Contact us via our website at juiceculture.com.au.
