Senior Marketing Coordinator

The Festival is currently looking for a an experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator, with a focus on digital
marketing, to join our small, dedicated marketing team and help us promote Victoria’s quality food and wine culture to Australia and the world.

Reporting to MFW’s Assistant Marketing Manager, you will thrive in this fast-paced role if you:

  • Have a genuine interest and passion for marketing;
  • Possess excellent attention to detail;
  • Take responsibility and have pride in your professional approach to meeting deadlines, targets and producing outputs;
  • Have a willingness to learn.

Event Operations Manager

This position is responsible for the development, feasibility, coordination, delivery and reporting of all events produced by Melbourne Food and Wine for the Festival. This role will also be responsible for the recruitment and management of the Staff and Volunteer Coordinator and the Event Site Coordinators employed by MFW together with management of the event budget and financial processes.


This position will report directly to the Strategic Program Manager.
