Your favourite celebration of the mall is back – with thousands and thousands of free doughnuts

The Greatest of the Mall is back for another stellar season of snacks! For 2026, the Snacc Boss Raph Rashid, founder of Beatbox Kitchen, Taco Truck and All Day Donuts, returns with his band of merry mall fansbringing a whole lot of food-court tomfoolery and plenty of entirely free, downright delicious doughnuts to the malls of Melbourne. 

Over two weeks this winter, Raph and his fellow snack enthusiasts will be pulling up in the truck at The Glen, Bayside, Broadmeadows and Box Hill Central, dreaming up one-of-a-kind doughnuts ahead of the two-week snack attack this winterCan we take a moment for the milk-tea brûlée doughnutThere’s a brave new riff on the lamington – in doughnut form, of course – plus a baklava cheesecake doughnut proving that great snacks know no borders. Or is the yuzu matcha doughnut more in your lane? The good news is you can try them all. 

And we want you. To eat them. For free. 

Raph and his doughnut dons will be popping up at each mall, kicking off Saturday 27 June, giving away thousands of doughnuts, as well as truckload full of seriously snackable giveaways you won’t find anywhere else.

It turns out Melbourne’s bona fide cake queen, Miss Trixie, knows her way around a doughnut, too. Together with the Snacc Boss, they’re bringing everything there is to love about milk-tea into a custard-filled, brûlée-topped doughnut delight. Don’t miss two of Melbourne’s major players in the snack scene as they collab on the milk-tea brûlée doughnut.
