Mesa Filipino transforms Fable into a stage for the Philippines’ leading culinary voices. For one night only, Michael Pastrana and Morris Danzen Catanghal of Adobros, Lau and Jac Laudico of Guevarra’s by Laudico, Da Bo Pamplona of Naimas with celebrated author and baker Abi Balingit of Mayumu, and chef Nouel Catis of Dubai chocolate fame come together to serve up a five-course cocktail style feast.

Think miso-tamarind kebabs, halo-halo reimagined, and plenty of street-food grit with global flair. Each dish lands with theatre, each course tells a story. It's a night of food, culture and connection you’ll want to savour.
