Break down a whole beast, then learn flame-driven cooking techniques, all while sipping cold froths and grazing on smoky canapés.

Then settle in at the long table for a shared feast packed with fire-roasted seasonal produce and the star of the show: all the beef cooked low and slow over the course of this masterclass.
