As Caterina’s celebrates its 30th year, the long lunch becomes a night of the long dinner. All the signatures will be available - baccala mantecato, vitello tonnato, sarde in saor - as well as a host of seasonal specials "recited by our gorgeous waitstaff in their best Italian accents". Think lasagnella in bianco with venison, tortelli with duck, zucca and mostarda, capretto in salmi, and more.
