Experience a celebration of beef like no other as Railway Club Hotel explores the lost cuts, comparing bistro filet versus onglet, skirt versus spinalis, and flat iron versus tenderloin, sourced from producers across Australia.
In partnership with meat specialists Flinders & Co and Greenham & Sons, this one-of-a-kind dinner includes a steak tartare and spanner crab crumpet to start, three shared flights of beef, recommended wines throughout (charged on consumption), and petit-fours to finish.
Representatives from both producers will be on hand to share insights and stories behind each cut.
