Melbourne’s favourite single-origin pepper purveyors Pep and popcorn specialists Poplab are coming together to create Pepcorn, a limited edition salt-and-pepper caramel popcorn designed exclusively for Emporium Melbourne.
The one-of-a-kind collaboration is leaving no corn unpopped, coating each cooked kernel in the city’s (almost) official colour, black, before serving it up to you, the people, lovers of popcorn done proper.
To get your hands on Pepcorn, head into Emporium’s dining precinct on 22 or 23 May, make a purchase at any food or beverage retailer, present your receipt and sign up to redeem your exclusive serve.
