Nine Yards is bringing a one-day-only boodle brunch bash to the Festival this March – a riot of Filipino flavours with native Australian twists. Tables lined with banana leaves will be loaded with dishes like twice-cooked pork belly in wattleseed kare-kare, house-made longganisa sausage, barbecued prawns smothered in Pinoy curry butter and plenty more surprises you’ll discover on the day.

This collab sees Nine Yards team up with Morris Danzen Catanghal – Filipino-Italian chef, globetrotter and Italian TV champ – and Abi “Lumpia Queen” Marquez, Forbes 30 Under 30 and global Pinoy food star.

Two sittings only. Big feast. Big fun. Zero cutlery.
