On Thursday March 26 Rossi presents Notte delle Ostriche: a stand-up celebration of bottomless freshly shucked oysters from the celebrated Moonlight Flat Oysterage in Batemans Bay. Artisan grower Steve Feletti’s Moonlight Kisses, Rusty Wire and Claire de Lune oysters will flow freely, offered with a variety of dressings such as Champagne mignonette, jalapeño and lime, and yuzu ponzu. Premium Victorian drinks on pour include wines from Patrick Sullivan, William Downie and Xavier Goodridge, with additional Australian drops from Borrowed Cuttings. DJ Edd Fisher will provide the soundtrack to the evening.

Rossi is renowned for wood-fired pizza, handmade pasta, live music, DJs, and eclectic interiors. For Notte delle Ostriche you’ll be served by seasoned hosts who have, over the years shucked 250,000 oysters between them

A night of flavour, culture and craftsmanship awaits. “Join us on Greville Street for an unforgettable evening.” Says chef Thibault Boggio. “It’s a true celebration of flavour.”
