Malta in the house! Maha Restaurant is honoured to host Michelin-starred chef Jonathan Brincat of the acclaimed Noni Restaurant in Valletta, Malta. In a landmark first, Jonathan will be the very first Maltese chef to join the festival's Global Dining Series, bringing with him the bold flavours and rich stories of his island home.

Widely regarded as one of Malta’s most influential modern chefs, Jonathan has redefined what Maltese cuisine can be, balancing tradition and innovation with rare aplomb, earning and retaining a Michelin star for multiple years – a pioneering achievement for Malta’s dining scene.

For two unforgettable nights, Maha will be transformed into Noni, with Jonathan and his friend and fellow Maltese chef Shane Delia presenting a five-course degustation that celebrates centuries of history, culture and culinary passion. Together, the pair will take you on a journey through the flavours of Malta.
