Embark on a journey across India, taking in the dishes of Ladakh, Kerala, Arunachal Pradesh and Gujarat. You’ll be welcomed with a drink on arrival and seated at tables with a map highlighting the origins and stories behind the dishes. Regional flavours are reimagined, from banana leaf bites inspired by Kerala’s sadya to a colourful Holi festival-inspired dessert that captures the spirit and hidden treasures of India.

A wine match will be available to purchase, along with all other drinks on consumption.
