Itinerant Spirits join forces with chef Alejandro Saravia of Victoria x Farmer’s Daughters for a cooking with fire experience that celebrates Western Victoria’s artisan produce, elevated with farm-to-table elegance matched with a cocktail list and local wines.

“Stationed at Ballarat’s historic Goods Shed, we craft spirits inspired by wanderlust and the raw beauty of Western Victoria,” says Itinerant Spirits. “Our distillery blends tradition, innovation, and storytelling.”

Enjoy a welcome cocktail, four courses by chef Alejandro paired with Itinerant cocktails and Victorian wines. Each dish celebrates regional produce, slow roasted over coals, or touched by flame.

Expect a collaboration of live-fire cooking and intimate storytelling. “This is a great event for anyone who loves eating,” says Alejandro, “but more importantly love understanding where their food comes from and celebrating it together.”
