Two forces combine for a night of plant-based dining hosted by neighbourhood wine bar Nina’s Bar and Dining in collaboration with Nina 'Teddie' Huynh, matched with premium Victorian wines.
Huynh, a former Bentley Group chef running bespoke catering service Food & Femme, as well as pop-up New Century noodles, specialising in vegan Vietnamese and Khmer noodles, is bringing her signature style to chef Shae Van Stebbing’s kitchen. Expect papaya and wombok kimchi on rice crackers, pho with kohlrabi noodles and plenty more, featuring locally grown produce from Day’s Walk Farm in Keilor.
Tessa Brown of Beechworth’s Vignerons Schmölzer & Brown will also be in the house, pouring wines and sharing stories behind each pour.
