Learn how to make Sicilian cannoli, almond biscuits and Easter marzipan lambs with the Cavallaro family, using the same recipes held in the family for over 160 years in Sicily and served for 70 years at their shop in Footscray.

Meet the Cavallaro family as they pay homage to their heritage and learn the sacred art of cannoli-making using a 150-year-old Sicilian recipe, as well as amaretti biscotti and Paschal lambs sculpted from marzipan for traditional Easter celebrations.
