Shaun Moffat of Winsome is one of Manchester's most celebrated chefs. Fresh from being named Manchester Chef of the Year, Shaun is bringing his whole-beast butchery and cooking skills to a full-flavoured four-course set menu at Reed House.
Shaun and Reed House chef and co-owner Mark Hannell grew up together back in England, and are excited to now cook together in Melbourne, collaborating on a four-course dinner party celebrating whole animals, modern British cooking and their friendship.
