Learn the art of making light-as-air gnocchi and traditional pesto, from owner and chef Bryan Nelson.
Using hand-picked Spud Sisters organic potatoes, you’ll learn how to make three gnocchi dishes from start to finish including gnocchi with pesto; pan-seared gnocchi with prawns, peas, asparagus, pancetta, and gnocchi with northern-style oxtail ragu. Once you’ve mastered all that, you’ll head to the private dining room for a long lunch with matched wines.
