Italian-inspired wine bar Stefanino Panino will host chef Matt Stone of Bangalow restaurant Ciao, Mate! for a special dinner on two nights only. Together they will create a four-course dinner of Ciao, Mate! classics, featuring Stone's signature Australian salumi, with a Stefanino twist (including dessert and a welcome drink). Drink matches will feature Australia’s best beer, wine and spirit makers.

Stefanino, known for its made-to-order panini, will also offer a special a week-long panino collaboration with Stone from Monday 23 March to Sunday 29 March.
