Set on Echuca’s historic wharf, this long-table lunch celebrates the Murray River region, its Indigenous and introduced foodways, and connection to Country. You’ll share dishes crafted from locally farmed and foraged produce (yabbies, Murray cod, wild rabbit, river herbs, stone fruit, cheeses and charcuterie) prepared with traditional and contemporary techniques. A curated selection of Heathcote and regional wines complement each course. Canapés, three shared courses and live music create an immersive riverside experience that honours the flavours, stories and people of this remarkable landscape.
