For the first time ever, chefs Annie Smithers of Du Fermier, Thi Le of Anchovy and Igni's Aaron Turner are cooking together on a farm, highlighting all things local, from ingredients to music.

This long lunch in the paddock will be a six-course celebration of free-range Great Ocean duck. It starts with cocktails and duck charcuterie before moving on to three courses of duck (think confit duck leg and duck sausage) with seasonal vegetables and salads, a duck dessert and Timboon ice-cream, finishing with local cheeses. Matched Babche and Keayang Maar wines will be available to buy on the day. Delicious!

A goodie bag full of local produce and goods, as well as a commemorative engraved stemless glass, will cap off a lunch to remember.
