In this hands-on class at Hagen’s Organics, you’ll start by breaking down organic, regenerative meat and exploring different cuts, before diving into flavour profiles and mixing your own preservative-free spice blends. Watch a traditional sausage-making demonstration, then roll up your sleeves to make and link sausages yourself. Alongside the workshop, enjoy snacks prepared by chef Zach Tinsley (ex-Congress), paired with local wines. Best of all, you’ll take home your handmade sausages and new skills to impress family and friends.
