Discover native bush ingredients on a one-hour guided foraging tour with ethnobotanist Jess Moulynox of Backyard Botany. These foraged finds, along with local beef, fish and pork, will be transformed into a feast cooked over fire by chef Shanara Hemi, accompanied by wines from Phillip Island Winery.
