Atlântico: Martini And Bikini

Mr Mills invites you to escape to the Atlantic coast with a twist on the classic Martini and bikini. Available throughout the festival, the anchovy Martini is a bold combination of Conservas Angelachu anchovies, Acanto extra virgin olive oil and gin. It’s served alongside the bikini, an elegant Iberian-style sandwich layered with jamón paleta, sheep’s milk cheese, and a hint of anchovy.

Refined yet playful, this pairing captures the spirit of the sea and the sophistication of the bar. Elegant, salty, and just a little dirty, it is Mr Mills at its most irresistible.
