Enjoy tangy krauts from The Fermentary, rich Wilder Foods miso, smooth Living Koko chocolate and fiery Ultra Culture hot sauce. Each tasting will be paired with a freshly brewed beer while you hear stories direct from the producers. Discover how living cultures turn humble ingredients into bold, complex and downright delicious flavours.
