A seasonal, produce-driven dinner that celebrates the soil and growers behind each plate. Clover brings its sharp, wine-focused hospitality and refined modern cooking, O.My brings its hyper-seasonal farm-to-plate ethos. The night is about exploring the intersection of city bistro elegance and country kitchen creativity.
The menu will be driven by the gardens and local fisherman from Corner Inlet. Expect tomatoes slowly confit in smoke, King George whiting cooked aggressively on charcoal before resting in chicken fat, sourdough rolls doused in herbs de Provence butter and a dessert based around preserved berries, roasted sourdough and spent whey caramel. It's a menu that's decadent in terms of technique and hospitality, but grounded by Victorian produce and producers. It'll be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our state and all we have to offer.
