There’s nothing that brings people together quite like a grill. Chefs Daniel Dobra (Peli's Noosa), Snezana Calic (Masterchef) and Eat Pierogi Make Love’s chef Ola Gładysz are combining their Balkan and Western Slavic backgrounds to create a set menu of chargrilled meat and seafood, along with sides and desserts. Think the likes of grilled calamari with garlic and parsley vinaigrette, slow-baked lamb shoulder and the return of the kaszanka – a favourite from last Festival that brings together black pudding with grilled potato, sauerkraut and horseradish.
