Armadale's favourite New York-style deli Ruben's Deli and Caulfield North's latest hot spot Ruzia's Wine unite over the spirit of Katz's Deli and the city that inspires them.
Guests move between distinct stations - a pastrami bar, a rösti station with an array of toppings, and a showcase of elevated deli favourites including mini bagels, raw tuna and pickle bites, and coarse liverwurst on rye cruté. In the courtyard, a dedicated Isla Vodka mini martini bar alongside a DJ will complete the experience with a vibrant New York energy.
