The Martini mavericks from Sydney's beloved Bar Planet land at hot new Brunswick favourite Daphne this Festival for seven hours of power celebrating all things gin, vermouth, and olive.

Book in at the bistro for a Three Martini Dinner by chef Diana Desensi, or drop by the front bar to take a wild ride through the collaborative cocktail menu – think tiny ‘Tini shots from the ice luge, signature Scorpinos from the Sydneysiders, and plenty of snacks to keep things (almost) sensible.
