Hot take: Melbourne and Victoria produce the greatest Greek food outside of Greece – the land, seasons and ingredients provide everything needed to adapt and reimagine the dishes of home. Hosted by local food writer Hilary McNevin, the dinner will explore Greek traditions and the Victorian land that makes them relevant here. Each of the four courses will be paired with one Victorian and one Greek wine, to highlight how terroir shapes similar grapes differently.
