This March, Circl welcomes Sydney’s acclaimed Prefecture 48 to Melbourne for an exclusive collaboration. Housed in a heritage‑listed Sussex Street precinct, P48 channels the cultural and creative spirit of Japan’s 47 prefectures - becoming the unofficial 48th.

For this special event, Circl chef Elias Salomonsson teams up with the talented P48 chefs, including members of the former Tetsuya's crew, to craft a menu where Swedish and Japanese cuisines unite.
