Party-starting wine guy Giorgio de Maria is joining forces with chef Alberto Fava – Tipo 00 and Figlia's resident pasta expert – to celebrate his hometown of Turin.

With Fava on the pans, expect an irresistible menu drawn from the Alpine kitchens and rustic trattorias of Italy’s north: silky agnolotti del plin, bagna cauda and rich vitello tonnato.

Giorgio, the influential force behind acclaimed Sydney wine bar Paski Vineria Popolare, will raid his cellar for rare bottles and wild pours from Piedmont. Fun wines, big flavours: it’s a slice of northern Italy in Brunswick East, for one night only.
