Daniela’s Pasta Window

Renowned Italian chef Daniela Maiorano brings her signature approach to Italian cuisine to Sunhands for a four-day pop-up as part of the Global Dining Series. Daniela will be cooking up a changing menu of fresh, hand-made pasta dishes that celebrate simplicity, seasonality, and the joy of sharing good food.

In an offering inspired by traditional techniques and her southern Italian heritage, each dish is prepared with care and designed to be enjoyed casually. With prices ranging from $15 to $30 a serve, the Pasta Window alla Daniela offers an accessible way to experience Daniela’s cooking in a vibrant, community-focused setting.

Rock up for takeaway-style pasta bowls and side dishes served straight from the side window at Sunhands, all designed to be enjoyed alfresco or along the median strip across the road (bring a picnic rug!).

The window will be open from 4pm to 9pm (or sold out) on Thursday 26, Friday 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 March.
