Gather around a long table for a bespoke seven-course menu celebrating the vibrant flavours of Cantonese cuisine, paired with three cocktails co-created by Brendan and Suzie Q’s bartenders.

Brendan will personally guide the dining room through each course, sharing stories of the dishes he grew up with and the inspirations behind them.
