Elegant, unexpected, and enduringly refined, could the humble anchovy be the new caviar? This is a celebration of the small, yet extraordinary fish of the Cantabrian Sea: anchovies caught at the height of spring and considered among the finest in the world.
Harvested with care and preserved by the artisans of Conservas Angelachu, each anchovy embodies generations of tradition. They are hand-salted, filleted and packed in olive oil to preserve the pure taste of the sea.
Guests are welcomed with an anchovy Martini and bikini sandwich, a playful nod to the Iberian coast, before sitting down to a Portuguese-inspired menu, reimagining these prized anchovies with quiet luxury and coastal simplicity.
