Together, these artisan chefs will craft a menu where every dish is designed to celebrate the harmony of bold flavours and textures: expect Italian tradition reimagined, elevated with Korean creativity and refined with a touch of Japanese flair.
Omakase translates to “I leave it to you”- and that’s exactly what you're invited to do. Trust the chefs and servers as they lead you through a four-course journey, with the main act showcasing four distinct pastas: delicate in size, bold in flavour, and each a unique twist on tradition. You’re welcomed with a glass of sake on arrival, then a specially curated cocktail and non-alc list has been created to complement every bite.
