For three nights only, Disuko transforms its sushi bar into a stage for an intimate Maguro Kaitai Show. With just eight seats per night, you'll witness Disuko's head chef masterfully break down an entire bluefin tuna in a traditional live carving, before dining on an eight-course omakase that highlights every prized cut. From delicate sashimi to hibachi-grilled specialties, each dish celebrates the artistry of Japanese cuisine. In an optional add-on, Disuko's head sommelier will guide you through a curated sake pairing, showcasing Japan’s finest brews. Rare, theatrical, and highly limited, this is an exclusive dining experience unlike any other.
