Enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course menu set on the green of the first fairway under the warm autumn sun. At Long Lunch on the Green, the flavours of Country are celebrated through native ingredients such as kangaroo, saltbush, lemon myrtle, finger lime, and muntries. Each dish is paired with wines from Polperro Vineyard, and every course tells a story of the Mornington Peninsula and its connection to the land. A respected Traditional Elder from the Nairm Marr Djambaba organisation will guide you through the afternoon, sharing stories of the land and its people, with each course woven into a chapter of this cultural narrative. This indigenous food and cultural experience culminates in a shared, immersive dessert grazing table accompanied by the final chapter of the story.
Guests who purchase a ticket will receive an exclusive discount code for 15 per cent off accommodation at the Resort over the event weekend.
