Come for the feast, stay for the culture and stories from owner Alfredo La Spina. Over a two hour class, you’ll learn the art of making, curing and cooking salami, sausages and everything else the pig has to offer. Afterwards, enjoy a three-course lunch with matching Sicilian wines.
