Join Chef Joe Vargetto for a grand four-course feast celebrating La Festa di San Giuseppe: Sicily’s annual festival of family, food and faith. Be transported to the vibrant streets of Palermo, where parades fill the squares, the first wines of the vintage are poured, and tables teem with dishes shared among neighbours and friends. Expect hand-rolled cavatelli in a vibrant 'aglio e olio' sauce, Vargetto’s signature red snapper with potato scales, and towers of sfinci di San Giuseppe on the roaming dessert cart, best washed down with ice-cold pitchers of Sicily’s answer to Sangria.
